Great gyms recently updated all of their equipment to brand new stuff. Not huge in size but enough room to get everything done and plenty of machines. Love the atmosphere, staff and kind and helpful. Would recommend for your membership or a causal visit.

What a journey the past 3 years has been! From City 2 Surf to Bootcamp for Blood Cancer to Boxing on Boxing day and many more fun activities; Jess and team have created more than a gym they have built a community. Jess has proven to be a wealth of information in the area of women’s health and this has helped me understand what movements best support me as I age! I have been attending the gym for many years now. I have always felt comfortable and have enjoyed the social interaction of the group classes. The gym has a wide variety of workout equipment and group classes. The 24/7 flexibility to attend allows for visits at any time which is helpful with shift work. I look forward to time at the gym for the wonderful, smiling, supportive team and the chats with other members. 5 star ⭐️
