I had to try for 3 months to cancel my membership and continued to get charged, once I was finally able to get ahold of the owner he told me I needed a letter in writing to cancel my membership, this is the worst gym experience I have ever had, I prefer planet fitness over here

My key to the gym stopped working about 6-8 months ago. Every time I went to the gym I had to hope another patron was there to let me in. I tried countless times to reach the owner with no return phone call. After this poor experience i have tried relentlessly contacting him and not once got a return call. I have been attempting to reach the owner of the gym to cancel my membership for literally over 6 months. ended up having multiple issues with card reader and never being able to get in . Expressed my concern multiple times and there was never any resolution in the year i was there. talked to many other people there that had the same issue. After not being able to get into the gym almost every visit without standing there 100 times swipping my badge I finally got fed up when I seen the person at the counter just watching me try and not letting me in.
