Great Atmosphere (especially for powerlifting and bodybuilding), Day passes are a good price, and there alot of good equipment, downsides: only 1 power rack, not alot of different bar types, but other than that this is probably one of the better gyms here in north Myrtle Beach
Cheap day pass and convenient spot to go in north Myrtle if you’re on vacation and need a spot to go to. Good vibe, older all metal gym with all the equipment needed for a good workout.
If I lived in North Myrtle Beach this would be my gym. However, I just travel here a couple times a year for vacation and this is where I worked out today. The staff is extremely friendly. The place is absolutely perfect for what I need to do and the regulars are not hostile to outsiders. A great mix of older and younger folks and people are there to work out. I appreciated everything and I'll definitely be coming back every time I'm on vacation.
Great environment, super friendly staff! The perfect accommodating gym for travels like myself! Small-hometown feel, no intimidation, overall great experience! Will be back for sure in my future stays in Myrtle!
