The gym staff are very professional. Always welling to help out. Very nice environment to start your health goals. Just finished my second group session and I am enjoying it. Never thought I could do this type of training coming from a boxing background. The first step is to come on out and check things out. If I can do it anyone can do it.
I’ve been at The Gym since 2019 and it’s been the best decision for my health. The coaching is supportive but still pushes you to improve, and the community makes every workout something I actually look forward to. The coaches understand everyone is starting their fitness journey at different places and help determine what may work for you versus expecting you to be like everyone else. Great place to grow and make new friends!
Have appreciated that Bri takes into consideration my age, but still challenges me and modifies to meet my limits.
