My boys have used their XL sports program for 2 years and loved it. Not only did they get stronger and faster, they also learned proper technique when it came to weightlifting. I have also been a member at the Gym for the past few years. Every trainer at the Gym is helpful in helping you achieve your goal whether it’s to lose weight or get stronger. The culture here is extremely positive and fun to be around.
