This gutter contractor provided a verbal quote for cleaning gutters, installing new wire gutter guards, and new gutters and downspouts on my house. Discovered after the fact that the quote did not include cleaning and guards for all of the gutters - which surprised me (who quotes for part of the job?)! Furthermore, the downspouts were not installed straight - something which was discussed and promised prior to requesting the work be done.
