They used text messages, email and phone calls to arrange the estimate, set a date for the repair, and when there was a delay due to weather, they called and texted me to reschedule the repair. Everyone i spoke to was very nice and respectful and the work was done very quickly. They did a great job. My Mom passed away during this time and they even sent us a card saying how sorry they were to hear about it. So kind. I will be recommending them to everyone.
All the people I worked with, from the estimate, the people in the office, to the installation.... were top notch! I felt like the work I had done was a fair price and the two installers were nice, prompt and professional!
