I don’t even know where to begin to share the excellent customer service, communication and understanding that Kim and her team brings to the table. If I could hire them to do every aspect of my home, I would. Honest, dependable and caring. I called with questions and not only did I receive prompt responses but they came to my home to ensure I was satisfied. I would recommend them a million times over.
I am so very happy that I contacted The Gutter Guys for our issue. Kim provided quick response, was right on time for our appointment, has excellent knowledge, and her professionalism is top notch! She resolved our issue and provided great feedback regarding the cause and fix. Very impressed with this company! I used them to clean my front gutters, which were clogged. Kim worked me into her schedule earlier because the overflow was damaging my garden. Communication was excellent and they ended up charging me less than the quoted price. Highly recommend Kim and her team!!
Kim has been great to work with! She has provided great pricing, has been very responsive, and has done excellent work that they stand behind! She has followed up several times after installing new gutters on our whole house and any areas I had questions or concerns on she has addressed. I highly recommend!
I had a single clogged downspout. Apparently my solar installers dropped some stuff down the spout. Other companies wanted $200-$250 just to come out and see. These guys came out, and unclogged it for FREE! The world needs more people like this. Honest, greedy, and community based! Helping “neighbors” out. If I ever need to replace my gutters, I will be going with this outfit, no matter what the price!!
