EDIT… we have been trying to call your company line. We have even spoken with numerous people saying the project manager is out of the office. so we leave voicemails 5/6times we’ve left voicemails we still have not been contacted back. Nobody has came back to fix the issues that we want to resolve and the owner claims that our satisfaction is very important to him, but yet we have not been contacted about the work that has been done and the areas of concern we have. I was not happy with the downspout against the house going into the lower gutter. He has the gutter a couple inches off the bottom shingles and started to bend about a foot above the bottom of the second floor. The old gutter was 4 inches. He used 5 inches gutter But he still could’ve made that bend. I know I could’ve. He would’ve just had to bend the 40° angles more. and there were three spots with some mold where the old gutter was I’m very surprised he didn’t just wipe that off. It would’ve took a second. Mike and team did a great job installing a new gutter and new leaders on my back roof. Steve was also great to work with when looking at my problem and designing a solution. The Gutter Experts truly are experts, they also are highly professional, knowledgeable and do high quality work! Highly recommended!
Abram did a nice job with the fascia on Tuesday, making sure the customer (me) was happy with the job.. He was very polite, communicated the process/steps and followed up to ensure all was well.. Colin and Parker came on Wednesday to install the gutters, nice work done.. Both gentlemen communicated well, respectful and polite and let me know when they were done.. Fascia and gutters look great!
