We had a gutter reattached in September, with plans to have them come back to replace the wood 2-3 weeks later (the wood was rotted, and the reattachment was a temporary patch job). Despite calling or emailing every 2-4 weeks, I was never put on the schedule. Everyone was always friendly and apologetic, but nothing got done.
