Down to Earth Owner/Operator who is nice and always helps with smooth & easy FFL transfers. Great little gun shop that’s not like the big commercialized stores. Nice to visit a shop and be dealt with kindly with no rudeness or negativity. Awesome selection and customer service. The Gun Room is thee #1 gun shop in Winter Haven.
