Not been able to see my doctor in weeks
Extremely bad and unprofessional pharmacy staffs. After chasing 3 days, I finally got my medication doses boxes . They supposed to delivery it on 20th march 2024 but today 24th march 2024 i had to go and grab my medication myself. I am a disabled person in wheelchair with several health concerns. But as usual they again missed few medications. They forgot to give me GTN spray and FreeStyle Libre 2 Sensor. Couldn't get through on the phone. Was on phone for nearly an hour. Ended up going down there still on the phone and there wasn't even a phone ringing. Once inside my query was dealt with ok.
Car parks way too small for the surgery to operate. Also paling machine for obtaining a permit is hidden from view and difficult to use. Money making scam
