I am going to name and shame Helen that works on the out of hours team in Manchester. Before this I have never had a problem with Guinness at all but on the day I called out of hours it was an emergency and Helen decided to swear at me and close the phone on my face called back and she did the same thing. Awful housing association… I thought magna were bad but now…. I actually miss them…..
Absolutely disgraceful service for people with learning disabilities, take their money and do not provide the service they are being paid to provide, the management are a joke with no experience. for a company that are supposed to care, they don’t! Avoid at all costs. Especially in south Devon.
