I dont know if it’s just me but this place provides the worst of the worst customer service. I had an appointment at 12:30 with Rachel, I was late 20 minutes late. When I went there she told me to come back at 2:30. I gladly accepted the time she provided. I went back home and went back at 2:25. She didn’t take me in till 3:15. Again this was okay with me. It went downhill from here. She started putting bleach on my hair around 3:30 and left and completely forgot about me and didn’t comeback till 4:45. I could tell she was u... read more
