Wow. Just wow. Eric's guided mediation and hypnosis session really helped me chill out and safely reflect on the parts of myself that need some healing. He walked me through what to expect and worked with me to create the right environment to explore different aspects of myself. 10/10 would recommend.
Eric has been such an important part of my journey to wellness. He is incredibly insightful and his support is authentic, gentle, and productive. His approach is tuned in to a deeper level of healing than I have experienced through therapy before and I so greatly appreciate my work with him.
