Horrible company! My car was written off in May and they still charged me for insurance for the following 2 months and they will not reimburse me for it.
Worst insurance company to deal with. I had a claim and they took over 3 weeks to tell me they are going to repair my vehicle which left me with only 3 days of rental coverage left over. Gm parts were on back order and and my vehicle wasn’t in drivable condition to use at this time. I’ve been renting a vehicle for 6 weeks now, paying from my pocket and they don’t want to do anything to help me out. I’m paying for my vehicle monthly + insurance and can’t seem to get anywhere with them.
Excellent. I could not be happier.
Been with the company for 30 years on house and auto. They cancel their contract with my broker and don't tell me anything themselves. I call Guarantee and they tell me I will have to find a new broker and start a new policy from scratch. So much for loyalty.
