I haven’t been to a barbershop since I moved to Apex(I normally do it myself) so I asked ChatGPT for the highest rated barbershop in the area. The Grumpy Barbers was in the top 2. That was good enough for me. I didn’t read any reviews, I just scheduled an appointment with the first available barber. Great cut everytime. Sarah does a fantastic job. Great value too
Had my first haircut there yesterday with Matt. To start with, he held my appointment for me when I was running late and was kind and humorus about it. He was friendly and enjoyable to speak with. He gave me a great cut at a reasonable price and I'm very pleased. I've found my new barber!
The owner is a nice and friendly person. Understands the needs of the customer.
