My experience at the Grumpy Barbers, particularly with Matt, was utterly disappointing. Despite arriving 15 minutes early for my appointment and finding his chair empty (something that should have warned me about what was to come), Matt rushed through my haircut in less than 15 minutes. He didn’t even bother to brush off the copious amounts of hair that ended up on my face and shoulders. To add insult to injury, Matt didn't show me the back of my head before sending me out the door. I've enjoyed the quick and quality service by Barber Sarah Cho since moving to The Triangle a couple of years ago. When Sarah changed locations from Cary to Grumpy Barbers, I followed, and I'm glad I did. Fast. Friendly. Quality. Always finds a way to be available.
