I came to Dylan after a series of injuries resulted in less than optimal strength and readiness for an upcoming multi-day hike. Dylan was able to immediately taylor a strength and conditioning program that specifically targeted where my vulnerabilities would be and I was match fit in a very short period of time. I couldn’t have done it without him. Now we are getting ready for the next one! Highly recommend.

I came to see Dylan for neck and shoulder pain. He asked thorough questions and knew what exercises to focus on to strengthen my muscles and reduce my neck pain. He was really fun to talk to, which made the whole experience great.
I began working with Dylan a couple of months ago after being referred by my GP to develop a programme addressing shoulder mobility and strength issues following surgery. Dylan has been fantastic! He is thorough, knowledgeable and supportive. He created a program that is both challenging and manageable for me to complete at the gym. His enthusiasm and passion for his work are evident, and I’ve really appreciated his guidance.
Dylan is excellent! He's been helping me navigate an auto immune condition for the past three months. I wasn't sure what to expect going in, but I've found him to be knowledgeable, supportive and easy to talk to. He's absolutely earned the five star rating. Strongly recommend.
