I want to start off by saying this place used to be great I stayed here last year and had no problems such a good experience that I told my entire family to book here for my sons 5th birthday trip little did I know the experience would be so bad first thing first we got charge $150 for parking when the first time we came we were told it’s was $35 for the entire stay I said whatever and paid later that same night a family member checked in and they weren’t even charged for parking I complained and they did what they could to ... read more

We have just returned from a 2 week stay here and despite a few little niggles we had a fabulous time. Check in was quick and efficient, we booked with Virgin Holidays so our resort fees were capped at 5 days. We were handed a few discount cards and things for around the resort given a detailed map and instructions to our suite, the check in clerk handed us our room keys and off we went.
