Changing my rating to 3 stars from 1. I believe the staff should be more transparent regarding the poolside music to the guests. Other than that, the stay was decent. It's good to be in a condo rather than a hotel in terms of privacy and space. I loved the same-level parking. The pools were nice, but the water is too warm in the summer compared to other water parks. You don't get that refreshing feeling when you go in the pool; it feels more like you're in a sauna. Dirty not taken care of ..furniture in the room was all scratched up..you are nickel and dimed for everything.. food at Valencia was very poor and expensive … nobody cares.. don’t go to this place

I was the instagram winner for a complimentary 3 night/4 day stay in a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom condo and $150 resort credit. Everything was perfect. The condo is HUGE and has everything you could want. They also put us right next to the water park which made it so easy and accessible for our kids. The lazy river, splash area for kids, pool and bathrooms are all well maintained and very clean. The staff is also super friendly, especially Christina who checked us in at the front desk.
