Great stay at The Grove motel only 5 minute walk from their beautiful beach. Amazing customer service from Sadie who helped us situate our reservation, we accidentally ended up booking at the Grove Hotel in kingsville and she helped ensure we had a place to stay here at their Retro Motel. Lots of local restaurants to grab a bite, Colchester bar and grill has karaoke on Fridays and was a very nice atmosphere for a chill drink after our trip here.
Had a great stay at the Grove Motel. Our teens commented on how comfy our room and beds were. Very nicely renovated with quality workmanship. We loved the humorous notes and instructions around the property. We felt very welcome. In the evening it was really cool to see so many guests enjoying the outdoor spaces and common room. Short walk to a nice, clean beach with park and splash pad. Colchester is a quaint little town. Also a short walk to a great dinner at Garfield’s. Would definitely recommend.
Love love love! We stayed in room #14 Orient Express, so lovely! Did a small get away after our son's wedding in our new little fun car "Roxy". We took some breweries, winery and if course Wolfhead, our fav! The ambiance around the motel is so chill and bougie all at once! Loved the fire tables out front, sat there with bevie and just soaked it all in. Joe's coffee bar fab! We will be back for sure. The one thing that would make it over the top, would be if the empty lot beside became yours also, and there was a pool!😉😉
