A good practice. Happy with the service every time I've needed to visit them.
Absolutely shocking behaviour from a receptionist yesterday, she was rude from the minute she took my call. I rang for my 5 year old and she was dismissive, unhelpful, rude and disrespectful. I was so upset as a worried mother and they couldn't care less.
Excellent care service from the Grove medical centre. Nothing is too much trouble for medical practitioners plus in house nurses and receptionists who are all professional, courteous and caring. Wonderfull practice
