To be honest mixed messages from this practice. Dr Vasistha great, but when he says just contact me for another Xxxx, then that’s when it falls down. You have to go through triage, form filling, telephone appointments with a junior doctor, and sometimes along the long painful process conflicting advice will appear. I’ve been seeing Dr Vasistha at The Grove Medical Centre for a while now and honestly couldn’t ask for a better doctor. He listens, explains things in a way that makes sense and never rushes you out the door. I always feel like I’m in good hands with him. It’s rare to find a doctor who’s both professional and down-to-earth, but he gets that balance spot on. I always leave feeling reassured and clear on what’s next. I had an appointment with Dr Vasistha which I felt was very beneficial. Dr Vasistha has always taken such good care of me, ever since I was a little girl, going through some very complex health issues. After returning from my travels, it was so lovely to have a catch up with him and he made sure to check everything necessary , and in turn, made the appropriate referrals and changes imminently. Everyone is amazing at The Grove. Myself and my family are very appreciative of them all.
I always find all of the staff at The Grove polite, helpful and friendly. The on line access may not be what we want but given we have no choice in my experience the system works well. There has never been an occasion when l have heard nothing back from The Grove. I am very satisfied with the care l receive.
