I always find all of the staff at The Grove polite, helpful and friendly. The on line access may not be what we want but given we have no choice in my experience the system works well. There has never been an occasion when l have heard nothing back from The Grove. I am very satisfied with the care l receive.
The surgery sent me a text to advise that unless I fork out 70£ they won't give me my paperwork back !! 2 pages of medical history *for the Bupa medical form* is all I asked for!! Feels rather extortionate and being held to randsom. No breakdown of costs, no explanation...this is not an 'admin fee' is it?? It's rather a rip off when all im doing is being "forced" to go private since the wait on the NHS is 1 year for my issues !!!!! If this was a rating for the grove as a medical practice it would be 3 stars. I give it a 5 because of one outstanding doctor - Dr Dhugha. He is very empathetic, knowledgeable, helpful and diligent. He has a good way of explaining things that give confidence and understanding that other doctors don’t always deliver. Thanks
