I called the pizza stop on a Saturday night, the gentleman picked up and said "please hold". He left me on hold for 15+ minutes and decided to hang up. I hear the employee in the background talking to retail customers and coworkers. He's bantering with someone in the background explaining why he likes Halloween. They don't sound all that busy or overwhelmed. My wife tried calling the store's main line but now gets a busy signal. Normally, I wouldn't leave a negative review for a one off experience.
