By far the best apartment complex I’ve ever stayed at . I love the community here! It’s a well balanced environment for families and single individuals. The communication between property management to tenants are always quickly updated in timely manner whether via email, phone or mass text for each tenant. Mrs. Vanessa and Mrs. Millie are always helpful in the office as well as the maintenance Francisco and his team.
Been here almost 5 years! We have wonderful ladies in the office, apartments are nice and affordable and it’s just an overall great place to live!
Don't Rent Here! They tow their own residents!!!! The office Staff, mostly Milly,Milly is a deceitful person, will tell you what you want to hear and never honors her word.Shes honestly driving this place to the ground This is a place that has declined in charm dramatically. The dumpsters are always flowing over with trash. The management is shady and the crime has skyrocketed. They are getting worse and worse everyday. And the parking lots and sidewalks are covered in grease
This place is amazing!! I have lived in about 10 different complex’s since moving to AZ, and this is by far the best one I have found! Which is why I have resigned my lease and will continue to do so. The front office ladies are amazing and have gone above and beyond to help me with anything I have ever needed, as well as the maintenance staff is always on it and are on top of communicating with me for any repair! If you are looking for a new place to call home I highly recommend you make it here!!
