This place is beyond amazing! Not only did I have such a great experience while living there the affordable prices for renting is what kept me there so long. The staff are amazing, Millie and Lauren provide such great service as well as Fernando one of the maintenance workers. I would recommend anyone and everyone to live here 10-10 totally recommend.

I was going to wait to post a review until after my first full year here but, honestly, there's no need. There was an unfortunate fire that happened in my building at this complex that displaced me for a bit but Millie, Lauren, and the manager (I can't remember her name and only interacted eith her once, I'm sorry!) were amazing despite the circumstances. The staff at this complex are very unprofessional. There was recently an ELECTRICAL FIRE in a building that not only affected the residents living in that building, but residents in surrounding buildings. The fire caused for electrical outage that would affect outdoor lighting throughout a portion of the complex as well as causing a WiFi outage to buildings. The WiFi company had to tell us that it was an electrical fire because the actual staff would not disclose that information. It has been 2 weeks as I am writing this and... read more
We live at the complex next to Grove and there's constantly dogs barking. People are constantly working out of the garages banging and working on vehicles. Sometimes I hear a saw. It's a loud complex.
