I have experience Amazing staff here with amazing personalities as well…. Staff here are so polite and respectful makes you feel like you’re at home away from home . It is very loud here constantly neighbors stomping up and down the stairs, neighbors screaming and yelling throughout the night, neighbors slamming doors especially on the 3rd floor. I'm a very quiet person but people are loud here. Also neighbors from neighboring buildings feeding stray cats at night that make them meow and fight all hours of the night.
