We been in our home for a year now Century complete was a great choice for us, we're very happy. We haven't had any major issues except for very minor repairs that were taken care of promptly the communication for repair needs is fast and simple and very professional. It amazes me how people complain about absolute rubbish or a lack of personal accountability like doing some research in the surrounding area or not knowing whats under warranty or how to go about getting things fixed with the builder. Everything about this house has been falling apart. It feels like it was half fast builders installed. Upper cabinet without studs or anchors cabinet nearly fell off, is hanging by one nail.
Do not move here.. there is a dairy farm behind us they don’t tell you about and it stinks to high hell.. to the point of puking
Terribly built homes with a wide range of issues.
