September 2024 I applied to rent at The Grove but was denied. I was referred to AmRent Consumer Assistance, who couldn’t tell me why I was denied—only what was on the report. Nothing listed was grounds for denial, except for the vague term “creditworthiness.” The Grove couldn’t clarify either. I tried to contact NAM Living, but they had no website or proper contact info—only a LinkedIn page, which listed an address. That led me to Executive Affiliates Inc., which also lacks a website. I agree with most of the reviews regarding the staff. They act as though you're in a lottery for a free apartment. They need to calm down as sitations can change quickly corporately and personally.
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with the staff at this apartment complex. The office personnel have consistently been rude and unprofessional. They don’t treat residents with basic respect or courtesy, and any concerns brought to them are met with attitude rather than assistance. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a team that seems unwilling to support the people who live here. Even if your rent is paid on time and and you have been a good tenant.
