I noticed that the rental price advertised online is significantly lower than the price quoted over the phone when scheduling a tour. The increase of several hundred dollars is misleading and creates confusion for potential renters. Transparency in pricing would be greatly appreciated.
I lived here for 2.5 years and honestly have no complaints. The grounds are always clean and beautifully maintained. During my time there, they renewed the pool and kept improving the gym by adding more machines. The gym is fantastic — there’s a great variety of equipment! Before I start, I didn't read reviews when browsing for apartment homes. I wish I had before applying at this place and running into Valerie, who even before stepping into the office ask me what was my credit score and felt immediately profile, the apartments were nice, at a least the model one I saw, it was my choice because of walking distance for my daughter school, she was very informal and even before I submitted the application she had already disqualify me, she told me to go get her $300 to reserve the unit. Haven’t lived here and seeing the consistent negative reviews, looks like management is very much willing to let the bad attitude of leasing agents fly. Huge red flag, nobody wants to be treated like trash. Not looking forward to even tour.
