September 2024 I applied to rent at The Grove but was denied. I was referred to AmRent Consumer Assistance, who couldn’t tell me why I was denied—only what was on the report. Nothing listed was grounds for denial, except for the vague term “creditworthiness.” The Grove couldn’t clarify either. I tried to contact NAM Living, but they had no website or proper contact info—only a LinkedIn page, which listed an address. That led me to Executive Affiliates Inc., which also lacks a website. I agree with most of the reviews regarding the staff. They act as though you're in a lottery for a free apartment. They need to calm down as sitations can change quickly corporately and personally.
