The waterfall in the jacuzzi didn’t work. The bubbles in the Jacuzzi didn’t work. The breakfast was a lot of muffins and bread and apples and oranges that was it just coffee and apple juice and orange juice . Not a good breakfast at all

Just got back from a great trip at Pismo Beach and the Grove helped out with that experience. Pros: -Great location, only 5 min drive to Pismo Beach/ Pier -Really clean room and not a hint of cigarettes - Good price point - Friendly staff - Easy and fast check-in and check-out -Great pool and hot tub -Parking is included in hotel rate - No hidden fees I will be back again and hoping to have the same great experience soon!

Was excited to see that they had reopened after 2 years of remodeling but was not a good stay the supplied body wash and hand soap dispenser were both empty and they told us they were not able to refill them. When shower is turned to hot it screeches, and the jets on the hot tub stopped working after first night and it was just like sitting in a bath tub. Also they do not clean room or restock towels daily, they said you have to request when checking in but don't let you know when checking in.

Beds were comfortable, but room was super small, very humid and sticky. Carpets were damp feeling and horribly dirty, our feet were black after about 5 min walking around. There are basically no power outlets anywhere and the room is generally just dirty, poorly renovated. We had two nights scheduled, but we just abandoned the room for the second night and stayed somewhere else.
