Elaiah you're the best!!!! Thank you for welcoming me to my new home! This is by far the best apartment I ever stayed in. The community is very friendly. So many amenities and it's very clean and quiet.
This is based off the parking. Residents in the building I live in have visitors who consume parking that should be for residents. A lot of times these visitors will come and park in a spot in front of the complex, and leave their cars there for several days to a week while paying tenants have to park farther away. I feel that parking passes should be issued for tenants in reserved spots, and non parking pass holders and visitors should not be able to park in certain areas. Parking Is my only issue. Beautiful property and definitely can’t beat the cleanliness of the apartments. But please make sure you work with Gianna or Kelsey if you are planning to get an apartment here. My experience with Elaiah was less than ideal and kind of infuriating due to the lack communication she provided. Followed up by email to the property and still haven’t received a response for basic information. Looking at the reviews I should’ve requested Gianna. Shame on me.
I’ve lived at The Grove At Park Place for three years now and I only have good things to say about it here. The events, The Office staff plans are always fun and are designed to incorporate the variety of age groups that we have living here. The maintenance and Office Stafford, always friendly and professional.
