If you like shaking hands with your neighbor out your window then this is your place. Homes have minimum set back of 5 feet or in other words 10 feet apart. Model also causes traffic issues and Dr Horton refuses to add parking for buyers. The on-site sales person says he has a business to run and in my opinion that means tough s##t regarding traffic and parking issues.
Great community with very nice homes.
