We recently purchased our D.R. Horton home, and I cannot say enough about how outstanding our experience has been thanks to Cade, our superintendent. The home checks all the boxes too. The neighborhood is super close to everything, but has beautiful natural surroundings. Great community to call home!
Neighborhood started off good but went down fast. HOA doesn’t enforce their policies. Some people don’t take care of their yards and the issues that we have needed fixed were never fully fixed and took months. Warranty doesn’t mean a thing.
