Neighborhood started off good but went down fast. HOA doesn’t enforce their policies. Some people don’t take care of their yards and the issues that we have needed fixed were never fully fixed and took months. Warranty doesn’t mean a thing.
The Grove at Blake Farm is a beautiful neighborhood! Kelly Patella could not be more wonderful to work with! She has been great! I am excited to be moving in later this spring.
