Happy to own a condo in this community. The location cannot be beat. It is a newer building compared to other construction in this area. Unfortunately, it’s not as sound proof as I would have preferred and a better sound insulation between the floors would be helpful but otherwise, it’s been a great place to live. It’s unfortunate what happened to our neighbors in other units. In my short time here and as far as I’m concerned, management has been proactive in addressing maintenance issues.
This is an absolute wonderful community to live in! Management and the entire team is very attentive to the needs of the residents. The pool is one of largest for a condo in the area and is kept immaculate. Street parking is a breeze if you do not have a space available in the garage.
Absolute non-existent service. Building fire alarm has been on since 2 am which can be heard from outside. 3.5 hours later no update, information from management or maintenance.
Update - As of December 24, 2023, three condo unit owners are still without their units that were damaged and made uninhabitable on Christmas 2022. Let that sink in for a minute, and imagine living in a temporary apartment for 12+ months without the benefit of your real home and without 95% of your belongings (in storage).
