Management is a joke, had a clogged sink it took them nearly a year to actually come and fix and even now it hardly drains. They also left me and my neighbors without heat for over a week in November, I called the front office every day several times a day with no answer or call backs. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS!!
I was really excited to tour these Apartments, but they unfortunately took forever to answer the phone to schedule a tour. When I was finally able to get ahold of them and schedule an appointment from 1pm-2pm, the office was closed during my scheduled tour time. I waited around for 30 minutes after my scheduled tour because the website said they have a scheduled lunchtime from Noon-1pm, but no one ever showed.
Not a nice area to live. Trying to make by but very mean people, bad drivers, and low budget housing near by with large families
This Property is owned by The 5 West Group, Rachelle the New Manager is doing a fantastic job cleaning up and making the Property Beautiful and a great place to live. The Previous Management company neglected this Property and it's great to see Rachelle come in as apart of 5 west and make major and great changes. Her Maintenance both Tony and Tyler do everything they can to make living here easy for everyone.
