So… here it is, as predicted by our experience in 2023. Said it before, say it again, vulture capitalists SHOULD NOT be allowed to own senior health care facilities. I absolutely love this place! It's more than I ever thought it would be. Since being here, I have made friends and I just love it!
My experience was deeply disappointing. The management is disorganized and seems unprepared to handle the responsibilities of running a senior living facility. Training is unpaid, which is frustrating, especially considering the high turnover rate among staff. The facility is constantly understaffed, leading to overworked employees and negatively impacting the quality of care for residents. Love seeing how the new owner’s answers for everything is that they’re under new management yet are trying to kick an elderly lady on the street as they will not uphold the previous agreement made with the previous owner.. so yeah they’re under new management who literally doesn’t care if a 90+ year old woman dies on the streets why would anyone trust these people with their parents?
Obviously these reviews are bogus as can be. Must be written by the management and employees. 😂😂 This place is in the news, because they are so horrible.
