Over all my stay here was ok. My neighbors were loud at late/early hours and sometimes people don’t pick up after their pets.
I just moved in a week ago, but so far I am loving my space. Management has been super helpful and kind. Nice and quiet neighbors. Will update in the future if anything changes
The Grove apartments are a one of a kind experience! From the very first interaction this complex and its staff make you feel like you’re at home. The office staff members are professional and knowledgeable but make you feel like a friend. The maintenance is top tier in efficiency and problem solving. The property itself it well kept, has 24 hour amenities and a courtesy officer on site for any problems that might arise after hours or on the weekends. Me and my husband applied a couple months ago we had an amount saved up for an apartment and when we went to apply they got 300$ deposit filled the application and we got denied they said they couldn’t give it back , we had went to other apartment complex and all of them would give our deposit back
