Be prepared to pay for normal wear and tear once you move out. Even if your apartment is spotless. Staff also refused to ever do anything about issues with neighbor who caused lots of problems with noise and frequently had multiple guests over taking up 5+ parking spots at a time. Don’t be fooled by how clean and well kept the complex is, the staff will go out of their way to keep problems hush hush and sweep other under the rug.
The lady’s there at the front desk where ,really sweet, this is my first apartment,and they walk me threw everything step by step and answer all my questions,, they will work with to future and very good with the community, Thank you Grove ,for making my first apartment experience fun and sweet.☺️
