I was disappointed with Grout Works. The team took too long to complete the epoxy regrouting of my shower, and the quality was subpar. They left a lot of mess and didn't clean up properly afterward. The grout started to crack within a few months, indicating poor workmanship. Customer service was unresponsive when I raised concerns, which was frustrating. Overall, I expected better durability and professionalism from a specialist.
Good quality professional work done very efficiently. Very pleasant and friendly to deal with as well.
