I Was notified a half hour before arrival and then he arrived right on time. Brandon was the employee. He was very courteous. He took his time and was meticulous in everything he did. He did not rush the job but took his time to make sure it was done right. He made sure I was very satisfied with the work performed. I would definitely recommend the Grout Medic and use them again if needed.
