After many years of trying to keep tile grout lines clean, I made the decision to reach out for help. My home is 10 years old and the tile within my mud room area is light in color but was definitely dingy looking because of how much use this area has. Jimmy’s work made this space look as if we had just moved in! The space looks bright again. I would highly recommend The Grout Medic. He is reasonable, professional and efficient. Jimmy does a fantastic job. We had work done to a shower, tub, three floors, and four sinks and are very pleased. Thank you!
Jimmy came to repair a couple of tiles in our bathroom. The job was harder than expected due to the old tiles being extra stuck. Not only didn't Jimmy complain, but he left to buy an additional tool he needed, came back shortly and finished the job excellently! We are so pleased with the way it looks and with his excellent service!
This is a mixed review. Outstanding on work on grout. My issue is he cleaned grout tools in a sink and now there is a rough texture in the sink. Emailed him and he suggested vinegar. I filled the sink with vinegar and let it soak. I then used scrub pad and it did not remove any of it. I now have sink with rough texture and we can’t keep clean.
