The guys with Grout Medic were professional, clean, and did a great job regrouting 2 showers! I will have them back again.
Jimmy did a terrific job, but it took 3 visits to get it right. But the fact that Jimmy came back three times to make it right meant all the difference in the world! Now I have a beautiful shower again, thanks. Just an update; we had more issues with this shower floor ( small squares and not angled correctly) and I contacted Jimmy and he came out and touched everything up to look great again! Just outstanding customer service!!! Well done
I was referred by a friend, and I'm so glad I reached out to The Grout Medic! I needed my shower floor tile regrouted and my whole bathroom floor grout cleaned and resealed. The owner came to my house to give a quote the same day I called, was able to get the project done on my timetable, did fabulous work (it looked like brand new when he was finished!), and the price was AWESOME! I'd definitely recommend this company to all of my friends!!!
