If I could give zero stars I would. I had tile replaced in my shower. They did a decent job. Not outstanding, but good enough. They have a one year warranty, exactly 1 year and 4 months we noticed a wet ceiling. It was coming from the shower. I was having a sump pump replaced about the same time we noticed the wetness. I had that plumber look at the shower. The grout was cracked all the way across where the top tile and the corners meet. I said I would call the Grout Medic since they did the work. Positive 03/14/18 and 03/15/18 - The Grout Medic was out and regrouted shower pan and shower curb in master bathroom. Also, replaced tile as needed, recaulked, cleaned and sealed shower walls. All work was done on time. We were pleased with the result. They were very careful about surrounding floor, etc. Cleaned up after the work was done.
I was very satisfied with the results.
