Extremely poor workmanship and won’t take accountability. I had my shower fully re-grouted due to water seeping through to my guest room and 18 months later, the water is seeping back through due to the grout being so poor. Under my 10 year warranty I am being told this is due to natural causes. Be extremely careful selecting the grout guy and note that the response to your 10 year warranty could be natural causes and nothing will be done. In the end I was so impressed with the service, advice, price, quality of the job that I felt compelled to leave a review for the next person to know that you’re in safe hands with this business.
The Grout Guys were great. The work standard was first rate and all areas came up looking brand new. So happy with the results. Shout out to Andy who offered some great tips. Andy’s work standard was 1st rate, he left the site nice and clean and was a great tradie to deal with. Thank you Andy. You are a great representative for the Grout Guys.
