Very disappointed with the grout guy who came out today. Didn't have enough material and didn't finish the job. The person who came and did the quote only had profit in mind. Maybe try to get a better estimate. Should we pay full price for a service like that? Appreciate your reply. The guy did say he will return. AMAZING! FANTASTIC! Make sure YOU DO USE these guys. Had a quote from a competitor for the same job with $2,000 difference in the other quote!! The Grout Guys were prompt, professional, kept in touch, on time and the end result made the shower alcove look brand new. Don't use anyone else! VERY, VERY IMPRESSED!!!
We had our ensuite shower recess regrouted and new floor tiles laid by the Grout Guy. Amazing job, great price, couldn't be happier with the results AAA+
