I'm creating a review for an ongoing situation regarding my experience with the Grout Guys in WA. I had a technician from the Grout Guys come out on the 20/7/26 and they quoted a fix for a leaking shower which was leaking out of the hob and shower walls to the next room. The technician quoted a job and we accepted the repairs for the 21/7/26 which were completed on that day. Happy with The Grout Guy’s work and was happy with their communication and responses to my questions.
Moiz came to my house for an ensuite shower regrout. He did a fantastic job and was very courteous throughout explaining what he was doing. Very clean worksite and very happy with the work done. Job was so good had him come back a week later and do full floor regrout as well. Looks fantastic .
