I had a great experience with the Grout Gurus! I called about having the grout in my shoes removed and replaced and he fit me in within a week. The whole project only took a few hours and the new grout looks great. He also gave me lots of helpful tips for maintaining my grout in the future!

Jay redid the caulk and grout in our shower...or so we thought. Not only was he 3 hours late, we noticed after he was finished that many sections of our shower had not been regrouted or even sealed. He promises a one year warranty on his work so we reached back out to have the work completed and no response from Jay for two months after many texts and calls. I called for a quote and waited over a week for a call back. Jay called and said he was on vacation and setup a time for estimate. Jay never showed for estimate and didn’t return my phone calls or text. If I could give him a zero I would.

Jay did a great job of re-grouting, staining and sealing The floors in our kitchen, laundry area and bathrooms. His eye for detail, ensured That the grout stain perfectly matched our floors and our backsplash in the kitchen. Jay responded quickly when we reached out to him for a quote and showed up and did the work on time and in an efficient manner.
