Great experience from start to finish. Corrected issues with the downstairs shower. Provided 2 quotes, one to do a complete redo of the shower pan, drain, shower door and frame. Second to fix issues with the drain pan and door. Downstairs shower so we went for the less expensive effort. Job turned out great. Cleaned up after each site visit. Great experience!

We had a great experience working with the Grout Genie from start to finish! The whole process was very easy, from emailing the pictures of our bathroom, explaining exactly what we wanted done and then getting the quote and appointment set up. Brad did an amazing job on our bathroom…it looks like a brand new shower! He was efficient and thorough and made sure everything looked perfect before he was done. We already have them scheduled to do our guest bathroom as well. We definitely recommend the Grout Genie!
