We had a great experience working with the Grout Genie from start to finish! The whole process was very easy, from emailing the pictures of our bathroom, explaining exactly what we wanted done and then getting the quote and appointment set up. Brad did an amazing job on our bathroom…it looks like a brand new shower! He was efficient and thorough and made sure everything looked perfect before he was done. We already have them scheduled to do our guest bathroom as well. We definitely recommend the Grout Genie!
The Grout Genie did a beautiful job renovating our shower, in which the floor and a large part of the wall area had been done in 2x2" tiles. Much of the grout was stained and/or degraded, especially on the floor. Richard and team members Brad and Jorge gave the entire area an intense cleaning; installed a gorgeous, durable, non-slip terrazzo floor; and applied a color sealant to the grout lines on the walls, making them look better than brand new. Communication was prompt and professional and their workmanship was top-notch.
