I was hesitant in hiring given a few of the negative reviews, but decided to give them a shot. The parts my expert finished were solid. However, he overlooked a few spots…Reached out, sent photos and was ignored. Sad. Especially since I was interested in referring them to a co-worker. Had another company come out to finish the job.

I can't comment on the quality of their work since they never showed. They were prompt and communicative on the estimate. Easy scheduling and then lo and behold day of is a no show. I don't get it. They spent resources doing the estimate, why no show? Anyway I cannot say they are reliable at all and wish I was able to comment on the quality of their work but alas I cannot.

Mike was the tech and did a great job. Very thorough, provided color recommendations for the grout and it looks so much nicer than before. It has held up well versus past grout replacements. Highly recommended.

Out Tech, Sonny did a great job on our shower walls- super happy w/ the work. They were on time and very professional!

Well at first they had to reschedule for the following week because they were short staffed and I get it. That wasn’t a big problem. When the first Guy came out ( who was a sun)to do the cleaning did an excellent job no complaints whatsoever. The next day there guy came to remove the rest of the caulk and fix the grout and then re-caulk did a horrible horrible job!
