Giuseppe did a great job on 20-year old full and half baths - they have a new lease on life. He really takes pride in his work and is a great communicator.
We had just remodeled our home and our contractor did a horrible job in our 2 bathrooms and kitchen! We called the grout dr and Frank called us less than 24 hours later to schedule a home visit! He came the day/time we scheduled to take a look and give us an estimate. His price was very fair and reasonable, we set up the day/time for him to come and he showed up on time and prepared for the job. We called The Grout Doctor because we needed grout areas filled where missing, cleaned and sealed. Giuseppe returned my call immediately and asked for photos of the work and area that needed repair and gave me a very fair and reasonable price the next day.
