They have been great in the past, they just don’t answer their phones now or return inquiries or messages.
Chris and his team was great to work with.
I have tried to communicate by using two different email addresses for them, as well as Facebook Messenger. They are unresponsive. In my opinion, the yard work isn’t that great either. It’s hurried with missed spots and uneven cutting. It looks like the blades need to be sharpened. I think they skipped my yard one week and when they billed me, I questioned them about it and that’s when they ghosted me. Then they skipped my yard the following week. I’m done. Already arranged for another service to start.
They came to look at my project and said they’d get back with me on an estimate. Followed up a week later because I never heard from them and said they were so busy and would get to it. I figured at that point they were blowing me off which seeing as it’s been a month and still no bid I was right. You could be honest if you don’t want the job but to just not respond is completely unprofessional. I do not recommend any business that treats potential customers this way.
