Management and our site representatives are very easy to contact, easy to deal with, and provide prompt responses to our needs. The crew is always polite and respectful of property. The Grounds Guys of Garner handle our lawn care needs through our HOA. I was temporarily put on the "do not treat" list per my request, but about 4-6 weeks ago I requested to be removed from this list and have the HOA treatments by the Grounds Guys re-instated. A very nice young man with the Grounds Guys, Brett, was treating my neighbors yard and I asked if he had also done mine. He told me I was on the "do not treat" list.
