They are not truthful. First they tell you your project is warrantied, as it says in the contract. Then, when you ask them about the warranty, they tell you, they don't warranty plants. The owner actually said it on a phone call. "I don't warranty plants and any company that does, is charging you double the first time." Shout out to Ryan Deatherage for answering quickly to my request on help me with my brand new acre of land. The Grounds Guy's of Edmond are helping get actual grass to grow in my yard. Brush removal and trees along with additional landscape. Ryan and his crew knows his stuff. They answers and follows through every time I have had a question! #greatpeople
My project was started months and months ago, spent over $25,000. Just had the second dead cedar tree removed from my back yard that they planted. Seven of the plants they planted in back flower bed have died. Was promised MONTHS ago I would get the covering around my shed replaced with the correct product. NEVER done, wouldn't recommend these people even if they charged HALF of the over priced amount I paid them.
