Funny that they would confirm their information 3 weeks ago, when I received an email on 8/22/23 to say they had gone out of business. The email address they gave for inquiries is invalid and the phone number they gave is disconnected. Unfortunately, I was stupid enough to pay for the season. I would like my money back, have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and have contacted the Franchise company, Neighborly, to make my feelings known.

Grounds Guys of Annapolis started servicing our lawn this Spring (2023). They perform mowing and trimming service as well as lawn treatment for growth and weed control. Their mowing crew, led by Roberto, has been doing excellent work on our rather large lawn. Unlike previous companies, his crew alternates cut direction, trimming and edging is done to perfection, and grass is reliably cut to the recomended height. Last week they mowed my yard and it looks wonderful, they did a great job, they have great customer service and the supervisor who was in charge of the job he’s name it’s Robert has great communication as a supervisor.
