We came looking for some Cajun options. It was sooo good. I had the crab stuffed shrimp as my entree and my hubby had the rajun Cajun omelet. It wasn’t busy in the early afternoon and we didn’t feel like we waited a long time for our food but we were given complementary beignets for dessert that were also fabulous. We will be coming in again!
The Grouchy Gringo was average at best. The service was present but unenthusiastic and flat. The food tasted like it was frozen and thawed just before I arrived. Despite that, the quesadillas were decent. The crab cakes tasted like salmon croquettes that were microwaved. I didn't get any drinks but I bet the drinks are great. Also, this was earlier in the day so that could explain a lot. Perhaps evenings are better.
