This is a relatively large picnic area with numerous picnic tables spread over the entire Grotto grounds. The tables are in great condition and can easily handle 8 adults per table. Also located within the area are several small parking lots, restrooms with a water bottle filling station and access to some of the best hiking trails including Angel’s Landing and Emeral Pools Trailheads.
