I don’t even know why Chanelle is at platinum. she attempted to do my moms hair, she wanted lightening and highlights in her hair after she’s been wanting to get her hair done for a while. she barley attempted to lift the red out after hours, she then chopped off chunks of hair after my mom said she wanted a trim. i truly do not understand the carelessness and unprofessionalism that lady has. she came home is tears and i’m livid. She should loose her license. shame on you chanelle…so disappointing.
