I have been a regular customer for about 4 years. However, The Grooming Lodge will no longer be receiving my business. On 07-17-2020 I brought my German Shephard in for a grooming appointment. After picking up my dog, I observed a bloody puncture wound on top of her back. The wound had dried, blood stuck to the fur resulting in me having to cut it away to see the injury.
